The successful survival strategy we’ve observed at work comes down to four things:

  2. Adapting existing (and creating new) ways to work to deliver what your clients want.
  3. Not taking anything for granted.
  4. Engaging those around you – staff, peers, networks, suppliers, customers – to get what you need to move forward.
