Balance at Work will guide you through a structured recruitment process designed to give you clarity and focus.  Together, we decide on the eligibility criteria and personality traits that candidates will need to meet in order to be high performers in the role.

You decide, due to the urgency, that you will advertise with a short closing date and only assess the first 50 applicants.  We set up an advertisement that requires applicants to click on a link in order to apply online.  The link takes them to the online assessment questionnaire.  Applications for this specific role are only accepted this way.

The day after the closing date, we send you the applications of the top 10 candidates (by email).  This is the first time you need to view application letters and resumes.  You pick 5 applicants to interview and we provide suitability reports, including an interview guide, for your selected candidates.
